I am passionate about trains and electronics, and I have successfully combined these two interests into my profession.
My work revolves around ensuring the safe transportation of people and goods, achieved through meticulous maintenance carried out by professionals who pay close attention to detail, identifying issues before they escalate.
I began my career as an electronic technician in a radio frequency device laboratory, and later transitioned to the railway sector, where my expertise became crucial for the operation of cutting-edge vehicles since control units and PLCs have largely replaced electromechanics.
Both hardware and software play vital roles in managing rolling stock, yet the focus on crucial safety checks—such as axles, couplings, and braking systems—has remained constant over time.
Today, these checks are enhanced by innovative diagnostic technologies that further ensure safety.

Professional portfolio includes Support to homologation and commissioning of cutting edge battery-electric rail vehicles, bimodal passenger trains and diagnostic trains to infrastructure anomalies.
Systematic inspection, servicing, repair, and overhaul of trains and rolling stock. As part of the Entity in Charge of Maintenance (ECM), my primary goal is to maximize safety, extend asset lifespan, and ensure peak operational reliability.
